Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
2. Assist in the preparation of information memorandum for deals.
3. Support senior bankers in executing M&A transactions and capital raising activities.
4. Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to client interactions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of deals.
6. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide strategic advice.
7. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks to further enhance your skills and knowledge in investment banking.
8. Will get chance to work on set up on fintech platform for curated investment products.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per multi tasking).
