We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic intern to join our YouTube channel team as a 'Business Growth Strategist'. This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive the growth and monetization of our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to grow our YouTube channel's audience and revenue.
2. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and trends in the digital content industry.
3. Analyse channel performance metrics and audience data to inform strategy and decision-making.
4. Collaborate with the content creation team to align growth strategies with content development.
5. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase channel visibility and subscriber base.
6. Explore and suggest potential partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance channel growth.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as necessary.

1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, marketing, data analytics, or related program.

3. Understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and SEO.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
6. Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and a passion for growing digital audiences.
7. Familiarity with YouTube analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per performance).
I do freelancing projects for my clients with a team of 2 members. I do projects related to Facebook ads, YouTube channel management, editing, and social media management.
