Community Management Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and the leadership team, ensuring effective communication
2. Monitor student progress, address concerns, and maintain accountability for deadlines
3. Coordinate and moderate meetings and sessions, serving as the first point of contact for customers
4. Collect feedback, report on student progress, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings
5. Review and identify students who are behind or not engaging
6. Call students to understand and address their challenges, encouraging them to stay on course
7. Tackle technical or content-related student queries, liaising with the technical team or subject-matter experts as needed
8. Encourage students to meet their deadlines and re-engage dormant users
9. Organize and moderate urgent meetings between students and the core team, acting as the primary communicator
10. Collect student feedback for course improvement and communicate this to the leadership team
11. Distribute additional learning materials from the content bank to students upon request
12. Maintain and share weekly progress reports of students with mentors, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
