About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in initiatives aimed at raising awareness on various topics through social networking platforms, focusing on spreading information rather than sales.
2. Participate in exclusive live workshops every Sunday, learning and practicing using tools such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, Email Writing, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, and more!
3. Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, and newsletters to drive awareness and engagement.
4. Analyze data from various social media and web analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
5. Interact with community members on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online presence.
6. Assist in planning and organizing virtual events, webinars, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
7. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
8. Work closely with team members on various projects, contributing to brainstorming sessions, and offering support where needed.
9. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and development, taking advantage of the resources and training provided.
10. Collect and implement feedback from mentors and team leaders to improve performance and deliver high-quality work.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per connecting people in financial awareness webinars of nse).
