About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Appointment booking: Assist with scheduling appointments for water purifier maintenance and installations.
2. Water testing kit distribution planning: Help set up plans for distributing water purifier kits to customers.
3. Appointment reminders: Call customers to remind them of their upcoming appointments.
4. Communication: Send messages via email and WhatsApp to keep customers informed about their appointments and other relevant updates.
5. Lead scoring: Evaluate and score leads based on predefined criteria to help prioritize follow-ups.
6. CRM data entry: Enter customer information and interaction details into the CRM system accurately.
