As an intern in the Telecaller and Lead Generation role at TripSize Treks Pvt. Ltd.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients to introduce TripSize Treks' services and explain our trekking packages, answering any initial queries they may have.
2. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their interest and needs, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
3. Data Entry: Accurately input lead information and call details into our CRM system, keeping track of interactions and follow-ups.
4. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and answer any questions that may arise.
5. Market Research: Assist in researching potential leads and identifying new market opportunities to expand our customer base.
6. Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and any insights or feedback gathered from conversations.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign initiatives and contribute to overall lead generation strategies.
8. Customer Service: Provide a positive and professional experience for every caller, reflecting the values and mission of TripSize Treks.
9. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about our trekking services and lead generation techniques.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per sale).
