As a Telecalling intern at Saurashtra Tech Innovations Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our sales team in reaching out to potential clients. With your English and Hindi proficiency, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects, discussing our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your knowledge of MS-Excel will come in handy as you maintain call logs and track customer interactions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
2. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
3. Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up with interested prospects.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and customer information in MS-Excel.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and scripts.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
7. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
