Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates: As an IT recruitment intern, you'll assist in sourcing potential candidates for various IT roles. This involves searching job portals, social media platforms, and other channels to identify qualified individuals.
2. Screening and Shortlisting: You'll help review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for specific job openings.
3. Coordinating Interviews: Interns often schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. This includes coordinating interview times, sending out invitations, and ensuring a smooth process.
4. Candidate Communication: You'll communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
5. Onboarding Support: During the onboarding phase, you might assist with paperwork, orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
