Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Assist in the Recruitment Process:
1. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
2. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for roles

II. Support HR initiatives:
1. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms
2. Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
3. Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, career events, and networking sessions
4. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

III. Candidate Experience:
1. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
2. Assist in creating and sending offer letters and onboarding documentation

IV. Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
2. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process
