Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our photography services.
2. Handling inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
3. Maintaining accurate records of all calls and client interactions in MS Excel.
4. Following up with clients to schedule appointments and confirm bookings.
5. Assisting in coordinating with the photography team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
6. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client concerns or issues in a professional manner.
7. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
