About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learn about the end-to-end recruitment process and assist applicants through their recruitment journey
2. Learn Human Resource Management principles
3. Learn about tracking day-to-day operations processes
4. Learn and maintain employee records using the HRMS. Maintain records for each team member
5. Manage joining and exit formalities, including employee orientation, documentation, and full & final settlement
6. Maintain monthly reports such as attendance and leaves
7. Manage employee engagement activities
