Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement strategic employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
2. Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and job portals.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee testimonials, success stories, and other materials to build impactful campaigns.
4. Develop and execute campus engagement strategies to attract top talent from Tier 1 and other strategic campuses.
5. Organize and lead on-campus events such as masterclasses, workshops, and recruitment drives to increase student awareness of our company and the roles we offer.
6. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs and align campus recruitment efforts with business goals.
