About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various channels such as online research, social media, and databases
2. Cold Calling: Engage in outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products and services, schedule meetings, and follow up on leads
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline by regularly updating the CRM system, tracking leads, and ensuring a smooth sales process
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by providing product information, answering queries, and offering solutions
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends in IT solutions, industry standards, and product offerings to present the best possible solutions to clients
6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns, and with the technical team to provide accurate product demonstrations and quotes
8. Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with leads through phone, email, and online channels to convert potential clients into customers

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, or services

3. Ability to quickly understand client needs and present tailored solutions

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

5. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred
