Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the HR manager, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee
2. Interview the best candidates and build a strong sales team
3. Develop creative sourcing techniques in getting extraordinary talents
4. Partner with external vendors in building the hiring talents funnel
5. Identify recruitment priorities and develop a strategy to fill the openings
6. Conduct screening, testing, and preliminary interviewing of potential employees
7. Lead the hiring flow and recruitment process viz. schedule interviews, extend job offers, and finally, bring in talent onboard
8. Represent the company in recruiting events and open houses
9. Assist in crafting job postings and employment ads
10. Champion candidate experience
