Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers daily.
2. Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
3. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate products.
4. Achieving or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
5. Closing sales and processing customer orders efficiently.
6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
7. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
9. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
10. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
11. Working closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
12. Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions.
