I need an Executive Assistant and Researcher who can help manage my activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Booking flights, hotels, and vehicles on a regular basis.
2. Calendar management.
3. Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, such as organizing documents for insurance claims and drafting basic emails.
4. Researching business ideas through extensive desktop research.
5. Preparing basic PowerPoint presentations and write-ups on research findings.
Key qualities needed:
1. High integrity, including honesty, transparency, and sincerity.
2. Hardworking.
3. Proactive, taking initiative to get tasks done.
4. Flexible and quick to respond, with an expectation of quick replies (within two hours during the day).
Education requirements:
1. At least 90% in 12th standard.
2. Pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or Business/Finance.
