We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Product Management Intern to join our team for an exciting summer internship opportunity. As a Product Management Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our founders and contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical solutions that have the potential to positively impact the lives of women worldwide.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the product team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma, leveraging your strong UI/UX skills
2. Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
3. Develop comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) and functional requirements documents (FRDs) to guide product development
4. Create user journey maps and compelling user stories to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience
5. Assist in vendor onboarding and management, building strong relationships with key partners
6. Contribute to the creation of compelling pitch decks to showcase Femacare's mission, vision, and product offerings to potential investors and stakeholders
7. Manage and optimize Femacare's website and social media presence to engage and educate our target audience

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
Every 8 minutes, a woman loses her life due to preventable causes. They include unintended pregnancy and the high prevalence of HIV and other STIs. We at Femacare (Research Partner: Nanobios Lab, IIT-B) are a DPPI-recognized and government-backed startup developing a novel 4th generation contraceptive device that will not only act as a contraceptive but also prevent HIV and other STI's. We have been selected among the world's top med-tech startups for the prototype development of a medical device based on Ayurveda and multiple prevention technologies. Our startup is working in close collaboration with IKP-EDEN and IIT-Bombay (a research partner) to solve the prevalent reproductive health care challenges.
