Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates: Recruiters search for candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Screening and evaluating: Recruiters review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
3. Interview coordination: Recruiters schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
4. Meeting targets: Recruiters meet targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of people placed into jobs.
5. Contributing to talent acquisition strategy: Recruiters contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
6. Following legal and ethical standards: Recruiters follow legal and ethical standards in recruitment.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and texting skills, including US-based candidate communication.
