About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scouting for talent through multiple job portals
2. Engaging with recruited and potential candidates to ensure the highest levels of offer acceptance
3. Evaluating candidate profiles for their relevance to a given job description
4. Interacting with the client and talent partners to successfully address the open mandates
5. Striking strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners
6. Working on taking end-to-end ownership of program execution to meet the targeted goals
7. Managing client expectations & satisfaction
8. Working with the operations teams to deliver on client assignments
9. Working on the Zoho Recruit ATS system
