About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make calls to customers who have placed orders to confirm whether they wish to proceed with or cancel their orders.
2. Contact customers who visited the site but did not place an order to understand why they didn't proceed and persuade them to complete their purchase.
3. Reach out to customers whose orders have been shipped but not delivered to verify if the delivery is delayed due to the delivery personnel's error or if the customer has refused to accept the order on COD.
