Accountant Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform bank reconciliation
2. Process monthly invoices
3. Maintain an invoice tracker for client-wise billing
4. Manage and update the price master
5. Maintain client credit limits
6. Handle daily cash collection and deposit into the bank
7. Reconcile all modes of payment
8. Enter paid payments in LIMS/Tally
9. Recover B2C dues
10. Handle complete debtor recovery
11. Obtain balance confirmations from clients
12. Review and approve bad debts
13. Review discounts
14. Reconcile GSTR1 vs GSTR 3B vs Books vs 26 AS
15. Perform TDS reconciliation and 26 AS reconciliation
16. Resolve all audit queries in real-time

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Excel and Tally
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
