1. Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
2. Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings in accordance with Indian tax laws
3. Proficiently manage GST calculations, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations
4. Administer PF contributions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with PF regulations
5. Ensure accurate calculation and payment of PT as per state regulations
6. Manage ESIC compliance and related processes for employees
7. Utilize Tally software for efficient accounts management, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks
8. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws in all financial and accounting activities
9. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to overall business growth
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
2. Proven work experience in a similar job role
3. Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, Tally software, accounts management, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations in India
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and labor laws
8. 3+ years of experience in a similar role
