As an integral part of our Legal Heads team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant with expertise in ZOHO Accounting, Tally, and MS-Excel to join our dynamic organization. Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
2. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review, analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies
3. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies that may arise
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making
5. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
6. Utilize Tally and MS-Excel to streamline accounting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
7. Provide support to the Legal Heads team by assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and other ad hoc projects as needed
