About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the MD, and ensuring their calendar is organized and optimized
2. Handling and prioritizing emails on behalf of the MD, drafting responses when necessary, and managing their inbox efficiently
3. Organizing and maintaining important documents, files, and information relevant to the MD's responsibilities
4. Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items resulting from meeting
5. Assist in coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and providing support as needed for the organization

Salary

Probation:
