About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our educational programs and admission procedures.
2. Handle inbound queries related to admissions.
3. Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
4. Maintain a database of potential students and update it with relevant information.
5. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
