Key responsibilities:

1. Attend client meetings and present comprehensive reports
2. Understand client expectations and plan strategies accordingly
3. Coordinate cross-functionally to enable the program services
4. Train new team members on processes and protocols
5. Prepare and share Excel reports and analysis for internal and external use
6. Analyze feedback from patients/customers and develop action plans for improvement
7. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
8. Take the necessary action to improve the quality of services as per program goals
