Job Title: Business Development Associate

Are you a proactive and outgoing individual passionate about fostering relationships and creating opportunities for students? We are seeking a campus relations manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with colleges, coordinating placements, negotiating collaborations with companies for training programs, and closing deals to enhance student prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. College Engagement: Regularly visit colleges to liaise with placement officers, faculty, and students, understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
2. Placement Coordination: Facilitate smooth placements by connecting students with appropriate job opportunities and internships.
3. Collaboration with Companies: Identify potential companies interested in collaborating with colleges to provide training programs and job opportunities for students.
4. Deal Closure: Proactively pursue and finalize deals with colleges to enhance our presence and offerings within their campus.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of collaboration agreements with placement heads to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
6. Presentation Excellence: Deliver compelling presentations to colleges and companies, highlighting the benefits of our collaboration and training programs.
7. Target Achievement: Establish connections with at least 5 colleges per month to expand our network and placement opportunities.

Compensation:

1. Salary: As per the market.
2. Additional incentives based on performance and deal closures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or campus relations.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong networking abilities and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
6. Willingness to travel frequently to colleges and companies.
