An established player in the B2B Pharma raw material space has recently launched an exciting new E-commerce platform CLYZO

We are one of the leading distributors in India, especially for Excipients. Our principals are from Europe and have put their faith and trust in our abilities to establish and consolidate their brands in India. Our clients are all reputed Pharma companies whom we have been serving for the last 14 years. We maintain around 200 Pharma grade products in ready inventory for JIT supply.

The Strategic Account Manager will have the primary task of understanding and growing the sales of Pharmonix business in India, especially to the API and Pharma Intermediate manufacturers. Potential candidate will develop and implement sales plans with clear account priority coordinating with commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Successfully negotiate, implement, and secure current and new business opportunities.
2. Forecast accurate sales volume and revenues and meet/exceed the annual operating plan targets.
3. Build and maintain key customer relationships at various senior management levels and throughout new and existing customer organizations (high, wide, and deep).
4. Having a management degree would be an added advantage
5. 1-3 years of sales/marketing or technical sales experience in B2B or B2C Sales in Business Development or Key Account Management role(s), preferably with companies selling to API / Pharma Intermediate manufacturers.
6. Able to own and analyze assigned business segments independently
7. Excellent sales skills, value selling skills, and negotiation skills.
8. Oral and written proficiency in English.
9. Good presentation and project management skills.

Other requirements

1. Qualifications: B.pharma, M.pharm / MBA- Marketing

2. 1-3 years of sales/marketing or technical sales experience in B2B or B2C Sales in 3. Business Development or Key Account Management role(s), preferably with companies selling to API / Pharma Intermediate manufacturers.

4. Interns from a pharma background and a minimum of 6 months of internship can also apply.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year
