Business Development Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead qualification: Call and qualify leads generated by the marketing team to ensure they meet our criteria for potential clients.
2. Client engagement: Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and present our solutions.
3. Information gathering: Collect relevant information about potential clients, including their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
4. Appointment setting: Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
5. Database management: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
6. Feedback looping: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and any patterns or trends noticed during the qualification process.
7. Performance tracking: Meet or exceed targets for the number of qualified leads, call volume, and appointment settings.
