Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other strategies
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
4. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their business goals
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business development targets
6. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts
