Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The position is junior-level and based in Kolkata. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing clients. This is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills
Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets (Mandatory skill)
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill)
Market research abilities to identify new business opportunities
Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow client relationships
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions
Lead generation skills to identify and convert prospects into clients
Experience in international sales to handle global clients and markets
Proficiency in English communication for seamless client interactions

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Nexus Jobs' services
