Key responsibilities:

1. Develop leads for business and revenue growth for the agency and negotiate contracts with potential new inbound clients
2. Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives and source new business leads
3. Attend conferences and industry events
4. Source accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Google search, industry-relevant portals, and offline networks of decision-makers in key organizations and brands
5. Develop a qualified leads pipeline for new business and provide full reporting of the qualified pipeline to management regularly
6. Maintain the database as per organizational requirements
