Key responsibilities:
1. Market IT products and services both online and offline, including social media promotions.
2. Provide quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
3. Collect market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
4. Generate and identify leads that align with the company's requirements.
5. Create presentations and case studies on potential business opportunities.
6. Contact potential clients through cold calling and emails.
7. Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
8. Tailor product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
9. Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
10. Actively seek new business opportunities in the market.
11. Quickly familiarize yourself with the company's business process model and bid on projects that align with it.
12. Exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive client communication.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Mumbai-based candidates are preferred.
2. Willing to travel.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Direct sales experience in the software and services industry is mandatory.
5. Experience in the cloud, and enterprise software industry, and knowledge of cloud/SaaS business models are preferred.
6. Work experience of minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years.
