Our company is looking for sales executives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals range of products. Duties will include developing B2B/channel sales, making sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone (cold calling), text, and social media
2. Establish contact and present our products to architects, builders and interior designers for incorporation in projects
3. Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
4. Submit and process orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time
5. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
6. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
7. Expedite the resolution of client's problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
9. Participate in company meetings with sales managers and other sales reps to coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments and also to update on sales figures and targets
10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
11. Continuously improve through feedback
Note: Bike mandatory to travel for office work
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Proven work experience as a sales executive with proficiency in developing b2b/channel sales
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
4. Should have knowledge of selling to architects, interior designers, construction industry and real estate businesses with contacts in the above mentioned professional communities
5. Good contacts with architects/interior designers/builders will be preferable
6. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
7. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
8. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
9. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
10. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
11. The candidate will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills
12. Previous experience in a sales role is a must
