2. Highlight key features, amenities, and unique selling points during the walkthrough to showcase the benefits of the space
3. Build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and prospective tenants
4. Explain space pricing, membership packages, and services in a clear, professional manner
5. Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements
6. Send out emails to potential clients with proposals, space details, and follow-ups
7. Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule meetings, calls, or space viewings
8. Handle client negotiations with professionalism and finesse, ensuring a seamless customer experience
9. Build and nurture relationships with property brokers to encourage referrals and partnerships
10. Keep brokers updated on availability, pricing, and promotions
11. Ensure the coworking space is always presentable and inviting to prospective clients
12. Work closely with operations to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, functionality, and comfort in the space
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
2. A pleasant, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
