Digital Marketing Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule and publish regular content across platforms, ensuring it aligns with the social media calendar prepared by the marketing lead
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
2. Content Creation:
- Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Assist in developing content ideas that align with the event's goals and objectives, including promotional posts, announcements, and event highlights
- Collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching visuals, graphics, and multimedia content
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align social media activities with paid campaigns
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to the target audience
- Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including influencer partnerships, contests, and community engagement initiatives
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement
