Electrical Maintenance Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Electrical Maintenance:
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment and systems.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
3. Ensure all electrical installations and maintenance comply with safety standards and regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

b. Panel Board Wiring:
1. Install, wire, and maintain electrical control panels and distribution boards.
2. Interpret and follow electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
3. Conduct testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
4. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects on time.

c. Safety and Compliance:
1. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
2. Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of electrical systems.

d. Technical Support:
1. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
2. Assist in the training and development of junior technicians.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in electrical maintenance and panel board wiring.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety practices.
4. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
2. Familiarity with PLCs and automated control systems.
3. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
