We are looking for candidates who have a creative bend to their thinking and a core experience in email marketing and lead generation. In this position, you will be required to oversee all aspects of cold email marketing campaigns, including bulk data extraction from various online directories, lead generation through bulk/cold mailing, LinkedIn Marketing, and following up with the prospects as and if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform, research, and gather information on prospects.
2. Identify the target audience and grow our email list.
3. Collaborate with the team to prioritize efforts, refine selling marketing campaigns, and identify target market segments (campaign management).
4. Create a database of emails for lead generation.
5. Qualify and follow up with inquiries produced from marketing and lead generation campaigns.
6. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
The working hours will be from 2 PM to 11 PM.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with potential clients over email.
2. The candidate should know the sales process and be familiar with a CRM system preferably Zoho.
3. The candidate should be able to locate information needed utilizing the web, LinkedIn, and other tools provided.
4. The candidate should have experience in lead generation.
5. The candidate should have a desire to mentor and manage a small group of motivated individuals in addition to core lead generation associate responsibilities.
6. The candidate should be able to work in teams to develop strategies and action plans and to share results.
7. The candidate should know inbox handling.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,48,000 - 3,60,000 /year
