Executive/Sr. Executive/Researcher (Talent Acquisition) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to maintain and update our recruitment database
2. Manage day-to-day MIS tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting
3. Communicate and coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates
4. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in database research and management
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
