Key responsibilities:

1. Manage store inventory and keep track of stock levels.
2. Handle customer interactions and provide exceptional service.
3. Send emails and WhatsApp messages to customers, promoting new offers and the latest stock.
4. Make daily calls to customers, informing them about offers and new collections.
5. Maintain and update the customer database in Excel on a daily basis.
6. Monitor customer preferences and feedback regarding products.
7. Ensure the store is well-organized and products are displayed effectively.
8. Work during festive seasons as required with compensation for extra hours.
