Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
2. Identify and engage with potential dealers and distributors to establish and nurture long-term partnerships
3. Promote and sell automation solutions, including VFDs, panels, SCADA, HMI, IoT, and other products
4. Manage and support existing dealer and distributor accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
5. Provide technical and commercial support to dealers and distributors to help them close deals
6. Conduct regular visits and meetings with dealers, distributors, and key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
7. Offer in-depth technical knowledge and expertise on all product offerings
8. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for dealers, distributors, and end-users
