This is a full-time on-site role for a sales and marketing specialist at ReuseAll in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for sales, account management, order management, product deliveries, and running marketing campaigns to drive the company's mission of sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field sales: Unlock retailers to promote Reuseall products.
2. Customer engagement: Interact with customers at retail stores, explaining the benefits of Reuseall and guiding them through the process of buying, and returning.
3. Display management: Help set up and maintain promotional displays, banners, and other marketing materials in-store.
4. Data collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve in-store promotions and overall customer experience.
5. Brand ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Reuseall, representing the company's values and mission to promote sustainability.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on in-store promotional activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related field.
2. Fresher to 2 years experienced.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Sales and sales management skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
7. Experience in sustainability industries is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
