Key responsibilities:

1. Record financial transactions accurately in journals and ledgers.
2. Assist in preparing financial statements like balance sheets and income statements.
3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payments.
4. Reconcile bank statements with general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
5. Support audits by preparing documentation and explaining accounting processes.
