Administration Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound calls to prospective customers:
- Call potential customers using the provided contact lists
- Follow the prescribed script and guidelines
- Track call logs and follow up to convert leads
2. Introduce and explain products:
- Introduce the company and its gourmet ice cream products
- Highlight unique selling points (quality, flavors, special offers)
- Tailor explanations to customer needs and interests
3. Answer product and company questions:
- Answer customer questions about products (ingredients, sourcing, nutrition)
- Provide information about the company's history, mission, and values
- Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate department
4. Update customer information:
- Record customer details, interactions, and call outcomes in the CRM system
- Keep customer information up-to-date and confidential
- Review and update customer records regularly
5. Handle customer inquiries and issues:
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
6. Maintain professionalism:
- Exhibit a courteous and respectful attitude
