About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape and implement the company's early GTM and execution plan. Undertake research, dissect data, and furnish insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
2. Customer Relations: Cultivate relations with customers, giving product demos, onboarding them, and assisting them post-sale.
3. Project Management: Coordinate with the development team, oversee software development, new features, etc.
4. Executive Facilitation: Aid the CEO in orchestrating their daily agenda, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
5. Business Strategy: Oversee all the marketing campaigns and analytics with the CEO, create reports, research, and plan the next course of action.

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
