Key Responsibilities:
(a) Market research:
1. Conducting thorough research on companies according to the defined targets.
2. Identifying suitable companies on a global scale.
3. Compiling detailed lists of targeted companies, including their websites, contact information (email and phone number), and LinkedIn profiles.
(b) Data compilation:
1. Maintaining an organized database of researched companies and key contacts.
2. Ensuring the database is updated regularly with new findings and changes.
(c) Conference scouting:
1. Scouting for the best conferences worldwide related to defined targets.
2. Requesting and obtaining the participants list for these conferences.
3. Evaluating and recommending which conferences would be most beneficial for networking and business development.
(d) Email campaigns:
1. Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage with identified companies and contacts.
2. Creating compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of the target audience.
3. Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of email campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
