Battery Hardware Engineer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembling battery packs, soldering of battery power cables & connectors, ensuring precise and efficient handling of components.
2. Conducting charging and discharging tests using CC-CV and CC methods.
3. Performing capacity testing
4. Executing functional and performance testing of battery packs for Drones
5. Installing and testing temperature sensors and Battery Management Systems (BMS) on battery packs.
6. Documentation and reporting
7. Preparing detailed technical reports summarizing design processes, methodologies, results, and conclusions.
8. Developing operating manuals with step-by-step instructions for assembly, operation, and maintenance of battery systems.
9. Ensuring all documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements
