About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, source leads, and acquire new large & mid-corporate customers (typically >Rs. 1000 cr turnover) directly or in close cooperation with our partners.
2. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory/market segment to grow revenue.
3. Monitor the competitive landscape and developments in the target market and effectively pitch our differentiated capabilities to customers and partners.
4. Maintain a keen eye on developments within the customer's organization and navigate tactfully to win new business.
5. Manage Sales process in the CRM and sales management system.
6. Develop business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline.
7. Improve sales and product capabilities by working closely with marketing, sales management, product, finance, and other internal groups.
8. Build the best-in-class team in your region by identifying & hiring top talent.
9. Work closely and lead on different aspects of the business across sales, marketing, hiring, strategy, operations, and product design.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
