1. Connect with merchants who sign up on the Shopnix platform through phone, chat, webinars, and in person
2. Establish strong relationships with merchants, guiding them to understand the value of going online
3. Assist merchants in selecting a plan, subscribing to the platform, and setting up their online store
4. Act as the single point of contact for all customer needs
5. Help merchants succeed in operating their online stores
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (spoken)
2. 1-2 years of sales experience
3. Street smart, extroverted, and proactive
4. Working knowledge of computers and the internet
5. Self-driven, ambitious, and a go-getter
6. (Preferred) Prior experience in selling SaaS, internet products, apps, or services to businesses
