Key responsibilities:

1. Visit banks for sourcing ROC-related work
2. Work on sourcing debt syndication leads by calling and meeting them
3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients sourced by you and otherwise as well
5. Receive business development incentives based on LinkedIn, WhatsApp flyers, and any other sources
